What is PartnerUp Houston?

PartnerUp Houston originated out of an expressed desire by students to have a safe place to connect with industry professionals to help guide them in achieving career aspirations.

The PartnerUp Houston mentorship program will positively impact the Greater Houston-region by equitably linking college students looking to enter the workforce one-on-one with local industry professionals. PartnerUp Houston aims to help college students achieve career outcomes including securing internships and full-time opportunities. Students will be paired with someone invested in their success — a mentor who is ready to listen, inspire, help navigate challenges, and recognize opportunities.

Students will learn how to approach challenges and gain career advice, while building a network of professionals, which will open doors for career advancement. At the same time, mentors will build their network of young professionals, give back to their community, and identify great talent for their companies.
